Grouting
We offer multiple options to match specific site conditions such as permeation grouting, compaction grouting and pressure grouting to achieve the lifting and stabilization of concrete slabs, building foundations, roadways, sewer pipes, and more.
Injection
We can use chemical injections such as polyurethanes, colloidal silicas and acrylates to stop water leaks and create barriers against further water intrusion. Consel Inc. also offers epoxy and polyurea silicate injection to weld and structurally repair concrete structures in wet or dry conditions.
Pilings
Consel Inc. can provide a variety of anchoring and piling services in addition to load testing of these structures. We can Repair sea and retaining walls, install commercial foundation pilings, or stabilize structures.
CIM Coatings
